Ludlow - Mark and Emma - 28th July 2007

The weather was kind to Emma and Mark, just as long as it needed to be … and then it rained, presenting us with some amazing photo opportunities.
Fran’s black and white shot with the brollies shown above will be up there amongst our all-time favourites. The great French Magnum photographer Cartier-Bresson was famous for his “Decisive Moment” style of photography I am sure he would have approved … everything just “works” in this image.
It was a lovely day and our thanks to Emma’s parent’s for making us feel “at home” at their home!
The fireworks were stunning and the atmospheric evening shots will make for a fabulous album …. we (Bob and Fran that is) think that the evening shots are such an important part of the wedding story and that the album should bring back the emotions of the whole day, not just up to a “dummy” cut of the cake before the meal. Considerable skill is needed to get these dramatic and magical shots in the evening but well worth the effort …
Emma and Mark are going to have their work cut out sifting through literally hundreds of stunning images when they get back from honeymoon … but we will be on hand to help and advise, as always.
Wedding highlights from the day can be seen HERE
