Monmouth St. Mary's church, Clearwell Castle, Ian and Laura
Congratulations Ian and Laura. The happy couple got married at St Mary’s Church, Monmouth. The Vicar, Peter, had baptised Laura when she was a baby and had come out of retirement especially to perform the wedding, there are moments in life and special people who make an effort that make an amazing difference. It was a privilege to be involved.
The day started out sunny and turned to strong winds after the ceremony and for everyones’ comfort and convenience we shot the family groups inside the church.
We then made the short drive to Clearwell Castle for the reception with enough time to finish up the family mantlepiece shots and take Laura and Ian out for a short photo session to capture those lovely romantic, elegant shots that make for a really special album.
We were looking forward to covering the first dance as we were told it would be something special, and it was, well done Laura and Ian, plenty of hours practising with the choreography paid off.
A fabulous day and a wonderful celebration.
