Miskin Manor - John and Rachel
The 31st of October, Halloween may bring out the wild side in people but on this crisp, mild autumn day we photographed the wedding of a couple who were crazy for each other! …. meet John and Rachel.
With a keen eye on the weather forecast we set off early to Miskin Manor, Nr Cardiff.
Fran and the girls had fun at the family home in Pencoed and Rachels brother did a fantastic job on the sausage buttie front!!
Bob as usual was with the boys at Miskin and John had plenty of uniformed support from his friends. They did all look very handsome!
The ceremony ended with a sword arch salute which in the hall at Miskin Manor added to the occasion.
After a few family mantlepiece shots we took John and Rachel off for a romantic stroll around the grounds to make the best of the autumnal colours.
On Halloween Night you would expect a little drama and John gave us some entertainment when he swiped the end of the champagne bottle with his sword and cut his finger in the process … just keep it away from my dress says Rachel laughing!!! It’s probably a good job that swords are not used to defend submarines!!
All in all another fabulous day had by all and an amazing set of pictures!
