Maunsel House - Alan and Cerianne
Great Couple, great church, great venue, fantastic day …..
We left Tintern bound for Maunsel House a good 2 hours before we had arranged to arrive and as expected the M5 southbound was already a carpark!
The boys got ready at Maunsel House in a cottage on the estate and the bride at home a few miles away.
The “bijou” and very pretty church, St. Peters at North Newton was the perfect setting and Mary, the vicar, a delight to work with.
Cerianne and Alan on arrival at Maunsel House were greeted by a piper in full regalia, champagne and canapes. Everything about Maunsel House makes you instantly feel at home. After a beautiful meal, Cerianne and Alan took a romantic walk around the grounds and we had such fun walking through golden coloured grassy fields (Cerianne in fur topped white wedding wellies), down to the lake with swans gliding over to see us, finishing with Cerianne walking through a flock of white doves.
We ended our day with guests lighting and sending off chinese lanterns sending wishes up with them into the midnight blue sky. An amazing end to an amazing day!
Thank you Cerianne and Alan for being great sports and a fun couple, making it a day to remember.
