Llansantffraed Court Hotel - Ian and Jennifer
On an almost perfect sunny day Ian and Jenny tied the knot at Llansantffraed Court Hotel. The bride and groom both getting ready in Cardiff before travelling up to the hotel. Bob and the boys were ready early and took a stroll around Cardiff Bay to get some rather unusual shots. Ian’s dad persuading the nice man on the merry-go-around to let us quickly jump on the horses for a quick couple of shots! Fran meanwhile was fighting with the Sat-Nav and going around in circles – the joys of technology. Turns out Fran was circling around just outside and a quick phone call and she was welcomed by the ladies and made to feel instantly at home.
The pre-wedding “practice” turned out to be invaluable and Ian and Jenny looked perfectly relaxed and natural in their photographs and we had great fun making use of the light to produce some rather elegant images. After the meal proved the ideal time to break out or secret lighting weapon and take some lovely night-time atmospheric shots.
We were rather taken with the old “Wurlitzer” style juke box that provided the break for “Bluesy-Susie”.
The evening was rounded off in fine style with a magnificent firework display.
